RoadTrip UI is now wired to the backend foundation. Next pass is runtime polish, env hookup, and live smoke once the worker token is available in the app.

Copy that. I queued three parallel lanes so design, docs, and runtime can keep moving without blocking one another.

• Design lane: add more mockup templates in the same dense desktop system
• Runtime lane: verify room presence, auth, and message surfaces
• Story lane: keep the portfolio readable as one product family

The collaboration shell needs stronger right-rail context, so I added a thread sidecar with action items, huddle status, and launch KPIs instead of leaving that space generic.
